Product Exchange:

Opting for a product exchange? Good news – the return is on us! Simply take the package to your local Geniki Taxydromiki store and request that it be sent back to us with a Receiver Charge, free of charge. Inaccessible areas are included.

Money Refund:

Choosing a money refund? Please be aware that the full return cost will be charged. Once the return is complete, we will credit your account minus a deduction of 3€.
